Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact us directly within 30 days to arrange for a refund or replacement.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, prior to the order being dispatched.

In order to be eligible for a refund you must return the item within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition as received; undamaged, in original packaging, unworn, unmarked, tags & labels attached.

Once received and inspected the purchase will be refunded to the original payment method, usually within 24 hours of receipt unless special provisions have to be made.

Should the item be returned in un-sellable condition, is damaged or is received beyond the 30 day period the customer will not be automatically eligible for a refund and refunds are disbursed at the seller’s discretion.

Dispatch delivery charges are refunded, return postal charges are the responsibility of the consumer unless previously agreed when the return is authorised by the seller.
