Refund policy
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, folded carefully with tags still attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where no refund is granted or only partial refunds are granted:
1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery; return requests made outside of policy are granted at the sole discretion of the seller on a case-by-case basis.
How to submit a return request
1. Log in to view your order here
a. Follow the login link above and then, in the Email field, enter the same email address you used for the order. Click Continue.
b. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and note/copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
c. Go back to our store, and then enter/paste the six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason. If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or colour then please ensure you add a note to this effect.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please feel free to use whichever shipping service you wish. We strongly recommend use of a trackable shipping service - we can’t guarantee that your chosen shipping service will deliver your returned item to us without any issues.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item please make sure this is noted on the return request. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
We will always process refunds promptly, so if you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If you paid by credit card, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via the contact form.
