Shipping policy
For orders £100 or over, shipping to UK addresses is free of charge.
For orders under £100, we charge a fixed rate to ship to most UK addresses, regardless of order size. In rare cases, your order may include products which need to be back-ordered and so may need to be fulfilled in two shipments. If this applies, the shipping charges and expected delivery dates will clearly reflect that when you check out.
We are proud to be able to ship to many destinations around the world.
We don't apply UK VAT to international orders, instead the prices you see are inclusive of your local duties. These local duties are calculated by Shopify on our behalf. The shipping charge for your order is then calculated at checkout. If you have any concerns or questions related to the shipping charge, please feel welcome to contact us.
There are some limitations on international shipping, specifically bulky and heavy orders. We limit international shipments to 15kg as standard on the site. If you are unable to place an order because of the quantity of items you wish to buy, please contact us and we will happily provide a custom shipping quote for you.
We calculate shipping costs by weight and destination, banded to be as fair as possible to international customers buying varied sizes of orders. Our weight bands for shipping are as follows:
- 0-1kg
- 1-2kg
- 2-3kg
- 3-5kg
- 5-10kg
- 10-15kg
As a guide, 1kg is approximately equal to 3 polo shirts or 2 hoodies in large size.
