Shipping policy

UK addresses

For orders £100 or over, shipping to UK addresses is free of charge.

For orders under £100, we charge a fixed rate to ship to most UK addresses, regardless of order size. In some cases, your order may include products which need to be back-ordered and so may need to be fulfilled in two shipments. If this applies, the shipping charges and expected delivery dates will clearly reflect that when you check out.

International (non-UK) addresses

We are proud to be able to ship to many destinations around the world. There are some limitations on international shipping, specifically bulky and heavy orders. We limit international shipments to 15kg as standard on the site. If you are unable to place an order because of the quantity of items you wish to buy, please contact us and we will happily provide a custom shipping quote for you.

We calculate shipping costs by weight and destination, banded to be as fair as possible to international customers buying varied sizes of orders. Our weight bands for shipping are as follows:

  • 0-1kg
  • 1-2kg
  • 2-3kg
  • 3-5kg
  • 5-10kg
  • 10-15kg

As a guide, 1kg is approximately equal to 3 polo shirts or 2 hoodies in large size.

Your shipping charge is calculated at checkout. If you have any concerns or questions related to the shipping charge, please feel welcome to contact us. This shipping charge does not include any local taxes or import duties, for which the customer will be liable.

We do not apply UK VAT to international orders. The customer is liable for all local taxes and import duties to their own country. All orders are shipped from the UK. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. 

If you would prefer to have your import duty pre-paid please advise us upon ordering and we will be happy to raise an invoice to cover this.
