Measurements above are for waist size. To measure your waist size, find the top of your hip bone and the bottom of your ribs. Place the tape measure midway between these points, in line with your belly button, and wrap it around your waist loose enough to fit one finger inside the tape.

Measurements above are for inseam length. To measure your inseam length, find a pair of trousers that fit you perfectly in length and lay them completely flat on a table or the floor, smoothing the fabric so there are no wrinkles or folds. Find the point in the crotch area where the front and back seams intersect. Measure from here all the way down the inside of the leg to the bottom hem.
